Payment Information

The conference fee should be transferred to the account of the Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences, one of the main Conference organizers. Bank transfer details (account number, SWIFT, payment title) are available in the online abstract submission system after logging in at pjmicro.suberus.app/fee.

Poster Guidelines

Requirements for poster presentations at the seminar.

  • Poster dimensions: A0 format (841 × 1189 mm).
  • The poster should include: the title of the work, authors' names and affiliations, an introduction, the aim of the study, methods, results, conclusions, as well as graphics and charts used in accordance with copyright rules, and sources of funding for the work.
  • Participants are required to bring a printed version of their poster to the conference. On-site printing will not be available.
  • Participants are required to respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of third parties. All materials presented during the conference, including posters, must be prepared entirely by the author or the author team and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
